They accused a supplier of syrups and ice scrapers of a model to lie heavy on patents and providing false statements to certain flavors of snowballs beloved.
The issue is the chilling effect on claims SnoWizard Inc. flavors like vanilla and white chocolate Orchid & Chips, among others, patent claims on the snowball machines themselves.
